MD / Consultant
Lucy has most recently been working as a business growth consultant whilst studying for a diploma in Interior Design. Lucy is also an experienced Air B&B super host and has a vast amount of Project Management experience from previous roles. Lucy loves nothing more than managing a Make Room project to transform space for the client.
Head of Decluttering
Maxine has a wealth of experience in this area, having previously run a decluttering company in Surrey before relocating to Dorset. Maxine is also an experienced Air B&B host and has recently worked in the luxury holiday let industry. Maxine’s favourite thing is an empty clear storage box!
Client Manager
Carly looks after everything that happens behind the scenes. Carly takes care of your queries, books appointments and assists with administrative duties. Over the last 10 years Carly has been a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to companies ranging from the financial services to global tech companies so organisation is her thing – any excuse to come up with a fancy spreadsheet!
Creative Consultant
Ollie Picton-Jones joins us with a wealth of style experience, from early days on BBC’s Clothes Show and Style Challenge, to 20 years on ITV’s GMB and This Morning. Having worked in LA for 10 years she made the natural switch to interiors, where she now creates spaces for clients from John Lewis to boutique hotels, and brings her keen eye for making the most of your home to the Make Room team.
